Tuna Nicoise Tartine

Ingredients

4-6 oz Raw tuna
Thin slice of bread
5 Green beans
4 Cherry tomatoes
3-5 Broccoli
2-3 Artichokes
1/2 cup Peas
1 Hard boiled egg
5-6 Black olives
2-3 Anchovies
1/2 cup Mixed greens
2 tbs Olive oil
1 tbs Balsamic vinegar

Instructions

Lightly sear tuna in hot oil season with salt and pepper. Set aside. Toast the bread. Mix the greens in a bowl and add vinegar and a pinch of salt. Top the toast with veggies and tuna.
