Cider Vinaigrette over Pear and Spinach Salad

Ingredients

1 1/4 cup Apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup Extra virgin olive oil
1/4 cup Cilantro (chopped)
Salt and pepper to taste
1/2 cup Toasted pecans
1 cup Gorgonzola cheese
4 Pears
1 lb Spinach

Instructions

Whisk together apple cider vinegar, extra virgin olive oil, cilantro, and salt and pepper. Slice pears and place over spinach. Dress with vinaigrette and top with Gorgonzola cheese and pecans.
