Bourbon County Steak

Ingredients
| 6-8 oz. |
Of your favorite dried pasta, per person |
| 6-8 oz. |
Beef tenderloin, per person |
| 2 oz. |
Good quality bourbon |
| 1 tsp |
Fresh garlic (minced) |
| 1 tbsp |
Fresh shallots (minced) |

Olive oil for sauteing |
| 3 oz |
Low sodium beef stock |
| 3 oz |
Heavy cream |
Instructions
| Cook pasta according to directions on package. Drain, rinse until cool, oil and set aside. Cut each tenderloin into 3 pieces. Heat saute pan, add enough olive oil to saute shallots and garlic. Season beef with salt and pepper, saute until desired temperature. Remove to plate and keep warm. Deglaze pan with bourbon, off heat. Add beef stock, reduce by half. Add cream. Reserve pasta, heat through. Place pasta and sauce on plates, top with beef and serve. |
