Marinated Grilled Strip Steak Pop with Balsamic Grilled Michigan Asparagus and Local Grilled Herb Tomatoes

Ingredients

1 7-up Soda Pop
1/4 cup Soy sauce
2 tbs Granulated sugar
2 Chopped garlic
1 tbs Canola oil
2 tbs Apple cider vinegar
pinch salt
1 lb Thin slices of strip steak
1 bunch Asparagus
2 tbs Balsamic vinegar
1 tsp Sugar
1 tbs Olive oil
Salt and pepper
For Tomatoes
2 Ripe beefsteak tomatoes
1 tsp Chopped herbs
1 tsp Extra virgin olive oil
Salt and pepper

Instructions

Toss all ingredients together and slightly grill. Make sure asparagus is still tender and set aside.

For Tomatoes:
Slice tip and bottom of each tomato and cut in half. Toss with the rest of ingredients and place on grill to cook slightly. Set aside and season.
