Ingredients

12 ounces Fromage Blanc
1 1/4 cup Powdered Sugar
2 t Vanilla extract
2 1/2 cups Heavy Cream
Zest from one lemon
Scrapings from one vanilla bean

Instructions

Line molds with cheese cloth.
Combine cheese and sugar in a mixing bowl and beat on high speed for 3 minutes with the paddle attachment. Scrape bowl and add zest, bean scrapings, and extract. Replace paddle with the whisk attachment. Turn on high and slowly add cream and whip until stiff. Fill molds with the mixture and refrigerate over night.
