Buffalo Chorizo Meatloaf

Ingredients

1 1/4 Pound Ground Pork
2 Tbs Minced Garlic
1 Tbs Ancho Chili Powder
1 Tbs Guajillo Chili Powder
2 Tbs Paprika
2 Tbs Oregano
1 Tsp Kosher Salt
1/2 Tsp Cinnamon
1/2 Tsp Ground Cloves
1/2 Tsp Ground Coriander
1/4 Cup Cider Vinegar

Instructions

Place ground pork in a mixing bowl; add the garlic, spices, and vinegar. Using your hand blend well and chill. Yields 1 ½ pounds.

* If you cannot find ancho and guajillo chili powder, you may substitute regular chili powder.
