Spring Morels, Bacon Cheese Bread

Ingredients

6 Eggs
1/2 Cup Flour
1 1/2 stick Unsalted Butter
6 tbs Milk
1 Cup Graded Cheese (Parmesan)
6-7 strips Bacon
2 tbs Baking Powder

Instructions

Mix everything, except the bacon, in a bowl adding the cheese last. Let it sit for and hour. Add bacon. Stir in peas and morels. Top with almonds, thyme, salt, and pepper. Bake 325 - 350 until golden brown.
