Grilled Pizza

Ingredients

1 Cup Warm Water
1 tbs Sugar
1 tsp Salt
1 tbs Yeast
1/4 Cup Olive Oil
2 Cups Flour
2 Onions (Thin Cut)

Instructions

Mix sugar and salt into warm water and sprinkle yeast onto it. Let sit 10 minutes. Add 1/4 cup olive Oil and 2 cups flour (or enough to make soft dough). Knead 8 minutes. Put in oiled bowl and cover. Let rise until doubled in size. Pre-heat outdoor grill and slice 2 onions thin and cook in olive oil over slow heat until well browned (1/2 hour to 45 minutes). When dough is doubled in size, split into 3 or 4 balls. Pour a little olive oil on to a sheet pan and press out dough to desired size using olive oil so it will not stick. Put on grill and grill 2 minutes Flip and grill on other side. Take off grill and turn grill down or off. Top with browned onions and/or anything you would like. Set back on grill and close top. Let sit until toppings are warm (about 5 minutes)
