Leelanau Fondue

Ingredients

1 Cup Leelanau Raclette shredded
1 Cup Emmenthaler or Gryere shredded
1/2 Cup Mawby Blanc de Blanc sparkling wine
2 Tbs Blackstar Farms cherry eau de vie
1 Tbs Corn Starch

Instructions

Put sparkling wine in heavy bottom pot and heat to a boil. Turn down to medium and add both cheeses. Stir in a zig-zag pattern for a minute. Add the eau de vie and cornstarch mixture to wine and cheese mixture. Cook until smooth and all cheese is melted (10 minutes)

Rub a fondue pot with a cut clove of garlic and pour cheese mixture into pot. Serve with apples and crusty bread. Serves two.
