Autumn Harvest Salad with Grilled Chicken
1 8 oz. Chicken breast 1 Honey crisp apple
4 Strips of bacon 4 oz. Bleu cheese crumbles
4 -6 oz. Romaine lettuce 8 - 10  Cherry tomatoes (halved)
4 oz Toasted walnuts  
Wash and pat dry the chicken breast. Lightly oil chicken breast, season with salt and pepper. Grill until internal temperature is 155 degrees. While your chicken is grilling, cook bacon until crisp and crumble. Wash and slice apple into thin wedges. When chicken is done, let it rest for 5 to 8 minutes before slicing into thin strips. Mix all ingredients except chicken, toss with your favorite dressing. Top with chicken and serve.
